Check-In
Check-In Address:
Go to the Arcosanti main entrance at 13555 S Cross L Road, Mayer, AZ 86333 and follow the signs and parking attendants to the on-site check-in area.
Check-In Hours:
Friday: 10AM - 2AM
Saturday: 9AM - 2AM
Sunday: 9AM - 2AM
For Guests With Vehicles:
- Secure your complimentary parking pass HERE
- Present your parking pass to the security team at the Arcosanti entrance.
- Follow signs and guidance from attendants to park your vehicle on-site.
- Gather your belongings from your vehicle and walk to the check-in area for security screening (prohibited items), credential pickup (have your photo ID and ticket ready!), and assistance with baggage transportation to the camping area (make sure all your bags have festival bag tags with your name and phone number!).
- We'll transport your bags while you enjoy a 7-10 minute walk through Arcosanti down to the Canyon Campgrounds
- Pick up your bags from the designated bag drop zone and set up camp!
For Guests Arriving By Shuttle:
- Instruct your shuttle driver to drop you off at the Arcosanti check-in area (follow the signs and attendants leading the way).
- Gather your belongings from your shuttle ride and check in for security screening (prohibited items), credential pickup (have your photo ID and ticket ready!), and assistance with baggage transportation to the camping area (make sure all your bags have festival bag tags with your name and phone number!)
- We'll transport your bags while you enjoy a 7-10 minute walk through Arcosanti down to the Canyon Campgrounds.
- Pick up your bags from the designated bag drop zone and set up camp!
For Guests With Glamping Tent & RV Upgrades:
- Secure your complimentary patron parking pass HERE (for the access key enter your last name or the last name of the person who purchased the Glamping Tent or RV).
- Present your parking pass to the security team at the Arcosanti entrance.
- Follow signs and guidance from attendants to the parking area designated for Glamping Tents or RVs
- Proceed to the Patron Village Check-In Tent for security screening (prohibited items) and to collect your credentials (have your photo ID and ticket ready!)
- After checking in, a shuttle will be available to transport you and your luggage to your Glamping Tent or RV site.
Check-Out
To ensure you fully enjoy the FORM Arcosanti experience, we kindly request that departures are planned for no later than 10am on Monday morning.
Starting from 6 AM on Monday, shuttles will be facilitating luggage transportation to the parking area.
Re-Entry
If you need to leave the festival grounds and return later, no worries—we’ve made re-entry simple.
Please note that re-entry is allowed once daily to maintain flow and ensure everyone’s safety. Plan your trips wisely!
Re-Entry Instructions:
- Wristband Required
Your festival wristband is your golden ticket for re-entry. Make sure it stays securely fastened and undamaged throughout the event. No wristband = no re-entry. - Check-Out Before You Go
Before leaving, our staff will scan your ticket out at the main festival gate to ensure smooth re-entry when you return. - Re-Entry Check-In
When you return, head back to the main festival gate. Show your wristband at the gate, Re-scan your ticket, and you’ll be asked to go through a quick security screening again to keep the festival safe for everyone. - Vehicle Re-Entry
If you’re driving, make sure to have your parking pass handy.
